The Busy Woman Project -
Targeted at the epidemic of stress in Asia, The Busy Woman Project, as a lifestyle brand & community, aims to empower women & the people around them to be resilient and to lead more fulfilled lives through health, as a means towards greater diversity, well-being & global economic growth. This is largely done through their online content platform and offline events / corporate workshops.
Why? To provide a lifestyle solution and long-term prevention towards mental & physical illnesses associated with stress, burnout, unhappiness, loneliness - by being self-aware and well - to lead lives on your own terms.
Jas is the Founder of The Busy Woman Project and healthy social connections platform BrocnBells.com - both built with a mission to raise human consciousness for health-conscious busy individuals to live authentically, sustainably and be well mentally, physically, emotionally, socially. Jas is also a Lululemon Ambassador and a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Integrative Nutrition, IIN). She is driven and inspired by growth, strength and experiences. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Jas was working in Investment Banking. Tasha is the Editor of The Happy Hue; an instructor at Absolute Cycle; and an Ambassador with The Busy Woman Project. Wellness, self-love, body positivity, fitness, philosophy, etc are her core interests. "At the core of it, fitness to me is about connection. It’s the connection I am making with myself & it’s about the connection I am able to impart and receive from the individuals I come to interact with. I'd like to spread this culture, lifestyle - it’s a way of life."
*** Please note that we do not take anymore refunds unless a valid medical certificate is provided. Thank you for your kind understanding! xx
